Thanks to the integrated heating element in the lid and a powerful fan that ensures continuous air circulation, the temperature is maintained evenly throughout the container. During the melting process, the honey collects at the bottom of the kettle and remains protected from overheating, as it is covered by the melted capping wax.

This versatile appliance is also perfect for thawing crystallized honey in various containers such as jars, buckets, or pails, and is equally suitable for processing melezitose honey. The delivery includes a removable stainless steel insert with a sieve base and three screw-on feet with casters and locking brakes for flexible and safe handling.
